House price keeps increasing although it is already expensive. The point is there are people buying.

Last week a Carmila Apartment in Section 5, Kota Damansara was listed in the market for RM150K only, where the max value I could get from valuers were RM155K. Guess what, it was sold at RM170K.

Another case study in Taman Pelangi Semenyih,a double-storey terrace house, 6 months ago, valuer reported the market value was only max RM185K, but last July, one unit was sold at price RM220K.

So, if you have found any house that you like and it is within your budget, go for it. I believed, after few years you should be happy that you bought your property.
